




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Dining Room Manager to supervise restaurant operations, lead staff, and ensure customer satisfaction and profitability. Key Highlights: 1. DINING ROOM MANAGER Description RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Supervise and ensure smooth operation and execution of restaurant activities. \* Lead team members to ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures, thereby guaranteeing satisfaction of internal and external customers and local profitability. \* Achieve monthly targets. \* Manage and handle inspections during visits by representatives. \* Operate the Online System and monitor productivity. \* Report incidents occurring in the dining area. \* Supervise the appearance and presentation of all dining room staff, verifying proper uniform wear. \* Daily review of the incident logbook and handover documents. \* Resolve issues arising in the dining area. \* Continuously propose applicable promotions. \* Perform other duties related to this position. \* Ensure compliance with company regulations. \* Knowledge of beverages and liquors REQUIREMENTS: \* Experience as a DINING ROOM MANAGER in restaurants (minimum 5 years) \* Leadership skills or human resource management capability (MANDATORY) \* Availability for split-shift schedules per week.
