




Job Summary: Geriatrics Perú is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to provide care and support for dependent elderly adults, including patient follow-up, call management, and functional supervision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Patient care and follow-up in the elderly care sector 2. Communication management with family members and appointment scheduling 3. Team supervision and maintenance of the work environment We are **Geriatrics Perú**, a fully legal company operating for over 30 years, located at Av. Higuereta 571, Surco District. We specialize in caring for and supporting elderly individuals with intermediate or advanced dependency, as well as fragile or terminally ill patients. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor. **Requirements:** * University students or graduates. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (user level). * Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (preferred). * Experience related to the healthcare sector (preferred). * Availability to work Monday through Friday (8 AM to 6 PM) and Saturday mornings. * Work location: Surco. **Responsibilities:** * Answer telephone calls from patients’ family members and schedule appointments. * Conduct patient follow-up and monitoring. * Maintain equipment and workplace order, reporting any anomalies. * Maintain effective communication with assigned patients’ family members. * Supervise and manage personnel under responsibility. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Enrollment in MYPE payroll from the first day of employment. * Pleasant working environment. * CTS deposits. * Vacation time. * ESSALUD coverage. * Bonuses in July and December. * AFP/ONP pension contributions. * Monthly salary: 1400 soles.
