Position Summary:
We are seeking an NOC Operator to monitor and manage network and security platforms, ensuring operational continuity and resolving incidents.

We are looking for an **NOC OPERATOR** with experience in the telecommunications industry and availability to work in **COMAS and SURQUILLO** on **rotating shifts with experience in telecommunications or networking.**
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Degrees in Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering
* Proven knowledge of CCNA, HCIA, Datacom, Radio Frequency, Power Backup Systems, Servers, and Video Surveillance Systems
* Minimum 1 year of experience handling incidents, requests, and monitoring network and security platforms
* Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency
* Python, Power BI
* Availability to work rotating shifts (MANDATORY)
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Validate and supervise corrective and preventive maintenance at nodes and NOC, ensuring operational continuity
* Monitor network, servers, and applications status, performance, and alerts in real time
* Perform service activations, deactivations, suspensions, and provide customer support
* Detect, manage, and report incidents, escalating and logging technical tickets promptly
* Report availability metrics and critical events
* Control physical access to network infrastructure, manage inventory, and back up critical data
* Conduct remote and physical tests, debug errors, and coordinate with internal technical teams or external support providers
* Collaborate with other internal teams and advise commercial departments on technical solutions
* Follow instructions from immediate supervisor
