Leasein is a profitable and solvent company, audited by RSM, and holds an A\+ credit rating bond program. **Mission and Responsibilities of the Senior Administrative Analyst** Objective: Lead the company’s financial planning, management control, investment analysis, and strategic decision-making process. The Senior Administrative Analyst is ultimately responsible for designing analytical frameworks, establishing financial evaluation criteria, and recommending courses of action. **Responsibilities:** \- Comprehensively lead the corporation’s financial and budgetary planning, directing the formulation of the annual budget by establishing and technically validating macroeconomic, commercial, and operational assumptions serving as the business’s starting point. \- Design, supervise, and approve short-, medium-, and long-term financial forecasting models, ensuring resilience of cash flows under diverse market scenarios. \- Responsible for designing, structuring, and institutionalizing the company’s internal management control model—rigorously determining cost center architecture, budget allocation drivers, key performance indicators (KPIs), and formal managerial review cycles. \- Define, implement, and activate escalation protocols for any deviations identified against the approved corporate budget, assuming responsibility for deciding and coordinating immediate corrective control actions with each responsible department and authority. \- Responsible for continuously monitoring, evaluating, and ensuring consolidated cash position and projected cash flow—safeguarding timely coverage of the company’s current obligations and optimizing working capital. \- Conduct comprehensive audit and analysis of the company’s debt structure, assuming responsibility for formulating and recommending to Senior Management corporate refinancing strategies, early amortizations, or opening new credit lines. REQUIREMENTS: ✅ Professional with strong academic background in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; preferably with specialization in Corporate Finance. ✅ 3–4 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Management Control, or Financial Planning. ✅ Solid expertise in developing advanced financial models, financial statement analysis, forecasting, cost control, financial closing, and Power BI tools.
