Building and maintaining strategic relationships with key customers. **Commercial Manager – Large-Scale Mining** Our client, a global leader in pumping solutions for large-scale mining, is seeking a highly strategic, results-driven **Commercial Manager** with solid experience in the mining sector. **Responsibilities** * Develop and manage commercial opportunities in the large-scale mining sector. * Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers. * Lead the commercial team, ensuring achievement of sales targets and objectives. * Negotiate commercial contracts while safeguarding business profitability. * Analyze the market, identify trends, and propose effective commercial strategies. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B commercial roles. * Mandatory experience selling to the mining sector. * Preferred experience marketing pumps or industrial equipment. * Existing customer portfolio in large-scale mining. * Valid A1 driver’s license. **Conditions** * Work location: Surco – Lima (on-site). * Employment type: Payroll with statutory benefits. * Salary range: S/ 15,000 – S/ 18,000 \+ commission scheme.
