**What Are We Looking For?**
**Responsibilities:*** Primary responsibility for establishing long-term business relationships grounded in Service Quality to enable sustainable, profitable growth while appropriately managing risk.
* Conduct portfolio and client analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
* Maximize cross-selling of financial products and services—including Payroll, Supplier Payments, Local Collections, International Collections, and intra-Latin America management.
* Develop the financial program for the client portfolio, identifying and sizing financial needs according to client rating, sector, and macroeconomic projections—incorporating Treasury, Cash Management, Foreign Trade, Leasing, and Investment Banking solutions. Drive synergies with Product Specialists, Retail Banking, and CIB.
* Collaborate as part of the business unit team—including BEC Assistant and Customer Service Assistant—as well as general specialists—to fully meet all client requirements.
* Proactively manage business activities with corporate clients.
* Deliver bank services in a specialized manner.
* Advise corporate clients on specialized matters.
* Assume full responsibility for business management—from initiation of the transaction through to disbursement.
* Coordinate with branches, Institutional Banking, etc., regarding collateral services offered by the bank arising from internal business management.
* Plan and schedule visits/calls to portfolio clients and record visit notes for opportunity follow-up.
* Define and conduct analyses of commercial strategies based on portfolio mix and/or portfolio composition (quota, cross-selling, profitability).
* Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor in response to business needs.

* Evaluate, negotiate, prepare (Credit Proposal or Risk Review Committee Report), and escalate proposals to the appropriate approval/follow-up level.
* Manage delinquencies, overdue accounts, and client deterioration.
* Plan and schedule visits/calls to portfolio clients regarding bank products and services, and record visit notes for opportunity follow-up.
**Requirements:**
* Education: Graduates or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
* Experience: 2 years in Corporate Banking within business banking institutions—e.g., Junior Business Officer, Business Executive / Business Assistant / Senior Commercial Officer.
* Additional Knowledge: Financial statement analysis skills; knowledge of financial products (e.g., leasing, letters of guarantee, foreign trade); customer management techniques.
* MS Excel (Intermediate–Advanced), MS PowerPoint.
* English: Intermediate.
