Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Production Supervisor with experience in the metal-mechanical sector to oversee end-to-end projects, control processes, and lead teams. Key Highlights: 1. We are a company in the **Metal-Mechanical** sector, providing services in design, development, and fabrication of metal structures and machinery. We are recruiting a CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **HIGHLY PREFERRED**: Bachelor's or Technical Degree in: Production Mechanics, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. (SENATI graduates preferred) * 3 years of experience, preferably in metal-mechanical sector plants. * 1 year of experience in management, process control, and scheduling. * 1 year of experience in projects (identifying improvement opportunities, impact analysis, planning, control, and evaluation). * Knowledge of welding processes, penetrant testing, project management, metal production, release and quality control, quality protocols, and work procedures. * Conduct commercial inspection visits, if necessary. * Manage timely procurement of materials and supplies to achieve objectives. * Monitor production progress at all levels for assigned projects. * Proficiency in reading blueprints and quantity take-offs. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. * Daily coordination with immediate supervisors. * Strong personnel management skills, leading the team under supervision. * Ability to proactively resolve problems. * Intermediate Office skills, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS Project Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.3,000\.00 per month
