Excellent work environment Main Responsibilities * Support the management and follow-up of corporate clients (B2B). * Make calls and conduct commercial follow-ups with potential clients and assigned accounts. * Prepare quotations and support the submission of commercial proposals. * Update client and opportunity information in the system or CRM. * Coordinate with internal departments to verify stock availability, pricing, and delivery timelines. * Support the identification of new clients and business opportunities. * Conduct post-sales follow-ups and provide basic assistance for commercial inquiries. * Support the preparation of commercial reports and tracking of key performance indicators. Requirements * Technical or university student majoring in Administration, Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in customer service or sales is desirable. * Basic proficiency in Excel and Office tools. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Proactivity, responsibility, and eagerness to learn. * Interest in the technology sector is desirable.
