Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Architect for the retail sector, responsible for planning, designing, and executing store projects, coordinating teams, and managing budgets and quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead retail store fit-out and implementation projects. 2. Comprehensive coordination with internal departments and supplier management. 3. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **Project Architect for the Retail Sector.** **Responsibilities:** * Plan, design, and execute MASS store fit-out, enabling, and implementation projects—from conceptual design through final handover. * Prepare and review architectural drawings, commercial layouts, construction details, and technical specifications, ensuring compliance with brand standards. * Coordinate with internal departments (operations, maintenance, logistics, commercial) to ensure proper project execution. * Manage and supervise contractors, suppliers, and technical teams, ensuring quality, timelines, and agreed-upon costs. * Conduct site visits to monitor progress, schedule adherence, and quality control. * Control project budgets by validating measurements, valuations, extras, and change orders. * Verify compliance with municipal regulations, safety standards, accessibility requirements, and current technical codes. * Coordinate technical and commercial store enabling (finishes, furniture, signage, equipment). * Ensure correct implementation of retail design aligned with customer experience and corporate guidelines. * Prepare progress reports, technical reports, and work acceptance certificates. * Support standardization of store formats and continuous improvement of construction processes. * Perform other related duties as assigned by your supervisor. **Requirements:** * Licensed Architect. * **Minimum 4 years’ experience** in retail projects (mandatory). * Experience in **store implementation, commercial premises, or retail chains**. * Knowledge of **construction, finishes, budgeting, and project management**. * Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); Revit and MS Project are desirable. * Willingness to work on-site and travel as required by projects.
