Position Summary: We are seeking an engineer with experience leading electromobility, energy, or transportation projects for technical leadership and deliverable validation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead electromobility, energy, or transportation projects 2. Technical leadership for study and deliverable validation 3. Experience with electric vehicles and electric fleets **Required Profile:** \- Engineer (electrical, mechanical, industrial, or related field) \- ≥ 10 years of professional experience \- ≥ 5 years leading electromobility, energy, or transportation projects in mining, heavy industry, or infrastructure \- Proven experience coordinating with operations Role responsibilities: \- Technical leadership for studies \- Liaison with Poderosa \- Deliverable validation \- Specific experience in: * Electric vehicles * Electric buses * Commercial or industrial fleets \- Technical evaluation by vehicle type \- Definition of charging requirements \- Operational feasibility analysis Employment type: Full-time, Temporary Contract duration: 5 months Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
