Job Summary: A Logistics Analyst negotiates rates with domestic and international suppliers, prepares quotations, and supports the commercial department in developing competitive proposals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Negotiating rates with logistics providers 2. Analyzing maritime and air logistics alternatives 3. Supporting the commercial department in preparing proposals RESPONSIBILITIES: 01 Request and negotiate rates with domestic and international suppliers, including shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, freight forwarders, and co\-loaders. 02 Analyze and evaluate various logistics alternatives for maritime and air operations, seeking optimal options in terms of cost, transit time, and service quality. 03 Prepare and submit quotations and rate sheets to the commercial department, providing clear and timely information for customer service. 04 Maintain an up-to-date database of supplier rates and commercial terms. 05 Support the commercial department in preparing proposals and tenders, ensuring quotation competitiveness. 06 Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers and international agents to obtain updated information on services and commercial terms. JOB PROFILE \- Education: Technical degree in International Trade; basic English proficiency. \- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience. \- Skills: Strong communication skills, conflict management ability. Knowledge: \- Proficiency in the SISPAC system. \- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). \- Knowledge of customs management and international trade processes is a plus, though not strictly required. Salary: S/.1,600\.00 \- S/.2,300\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
