You will drive changes that improve both the team and associated processes. * **What do we need from you?** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience as a developer; knowledge of factoring is preferred. * Experience managing and coordinating with other teams, technical supervision (e.g., planning), and desirable experience as a technical leader. * Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Azure and AWS (mandatory). * Familiarity with the COBIS platform or other SaaS or core banking platforms. * Advanced proficiency in the Java programming language. * Experience with technology platforms, integration technologies, microservices, and web services. * Experience working across diverse teams, including joint planning and coordination. * Experience working with Kubernetes and containers. * Desirable: DevOps tools.
