Dynamic and results-oriented environment At **Valic Inmobiliaria \& Constructora S.A.C.**, we are looking for a creative, innovative, and marketing- and design-passionate individual capable of leading advertising campaigns, generating high-impact content, and staying up-to-date with the latest market trends. **Candidate Profile:** * Professional or student in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design, or related fields. * Creative, proactive, and results-oriented. * Capable of proposing new ideas and executing strategies. * Comfortable appearing on camera and participating in audiovisual content production. * Interest in digital trends, social media, artificial intelligence, and content marketing. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram Ads). NOT MANDATORY * Knowledge of TikTok and digital trends. * Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, and Photoshop. MANDATORY * Familiarity with and ability to use Artificial Intelligence tools. * Experience in creating and editing social media content.
