**Project Management Engineers S.A.C.**, a company specializing in engineering services and project management, is looking for an **HR Analyst**.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Comprehensive HR management for a small-team company.
* Recruitment and selection of technical and administrative staff.
* Preparation and management of employment contracts, renewals, and personnel files.
* Attendance tracking, vacation management, medical leaves, and other types of leave.
* Coordination of payroll processing, social benefits, AFP (Private Pension Fund Administrators), and insurance programs.
* Coordination of occupational medical examinations and employee inductions.
* Support in implementing and complying with the Internal Work Regulations and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards.
* Handling employee labor-related inquiries.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.
* Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation (general regime).
* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
* Organizational skills, confidentiality, and proactivity.
