Provide HR support to department heads and monitor HR indicators. We are looking for a Generalist Human Resources Coordinator to lead talent management processes and ensure compliance with labor regulations. **Functions and Responsibilities:** Lead recruitment and selection processes. Supervise personnel administration (employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and personnel files). Manage payroll, social benefits, and compensation. Ensure compliance with labor legislation. Implement initiatives to improve workplace climate, organizational culture, and talent development. Supervise training and performance evaluation processes. Develop and monitor HR management indicators. Provide HR support to department heads. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar positions. Knowledge of labor legislation and HR management. Proficiency in HR metrics and team leadership.
