**Job Objective:**
Ensure accreditation of internal and contingent personnel according to the demand forecast for scheduled services assigned to each FSE\&LCS Operational Management unit, in accordance with company- and client-established procedures; ensuring compliance with Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management System guidelines, and supervising that personnel under your responsibility also adhere to such guidelines.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Receive accreditation requirements for personnel across various field service stops and projects.
Coordinate continuously with the personnel selection department to secure contingent personnel staffing, ensuring field service requirements are met.
Lead the enablement strategy for internal and contingent personnel according to service forecasts.
Supervise the accreditation team and its deliverables to ensure timely delivery of personnel—both in quantity and quality—for services.
Map client requirements for personnel accreditation and align them with the internal accreditation team and other stakeholders (e.g., medical department, personnel selection).
Administer the shared folder containing accreditation information for services.
Generate performance reporting per service (staffing compliance, incurred costs).
Propose improvement plans to optimize the accreditation process.
Comply with Peruvian state, Metso, and client procedures, regulations, rules, and instructions.
Ensure internal database updates throughout the accreditation process.
Follow up on personnel who fail to complete the accreditation process for hiring.
**To succeed, you must meet the following requirements:**
**Education:** Technical or University-level degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
**Experience:** 4 years of professional experience in similar positions, performing mass personnel accreditation functions in mining units.
**Desired Knowledge:** Excel, Word, and PowerPoint / Intermediate English (desirable) / Power BI (desirable).
