We are looking for a **Human Resources Administration Assistant** to collaborate with us on the **41A Highway Corridor** — we want to meet you! **Your Responsibilities:** * Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in T\-Registro. * Draft and administer employment contracts. * Maintain up-to-date personnel files and labor documentation. * Provide support and assistance to workers on site. * Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding of personnel. * Support daily time-sheet registration for on-site personnel. * Gather necessary information for payroll preparation. * Coordinate inductions for newly hired personnel on site with the SSOMA Department. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree or Technical Diploma in Administration, Psychology, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in personnel administration under the **Civil Construction** regime. * Experience in **Construction or Mining** companies. * Proficiency in **T\-Registro** (onboarding, offboarding, and modifications). * Experience providing on-site personnel support (pay slips, contracts, labor inquiries, and documentation). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. ### **Conditions:** Workplace: **Project located in Ilo, Moquegua.** Applicants from **Moquegua, Arequipa, Puno, Tacna, and surrounding areas**, available to work under atypical arrangements within the project, will be prioritized. **What We Offer:** * Competitive market-aligned salary. * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * **Meals and accommodation provided on site.** * **100% EPS coverage for the employee and eligible dependents.** * Continuous training: Customized development plans aligned with your role. * Professional growth.
