Availability to work under a 14x7 work schedule 3. 100% coverage of meals and accommodation On behalf of our client, a prominent mining company, we are recruiting a **Jumbo Operator**. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 1 year and 6 months of experience operating a Jumbo underground. * Availability to work under a 14x7 work schedule. * No police records. * Valid internal mine operation authorization (e.g., photo ID badge or official authorization document). * Submission of employment certificates verifying declared work experience. * Work experience will be validated using the Unique Labor Certificate (CUL). **Offered:** * 100% coverage of meals and accommodation. * Transportation from Lima, Huancayo, or Pasco to the mining site. * Additional bonus of S/ 2,000, subject to operator-specific conditions. * Onboarding bonus of S/ 200 on a Provis card. * Annual retention bonus of S/ 2,400, paid in six equal installments throughout the year. * Referral bonus of S/ 300 per successfully hired referral. * Education loans. * Family allowance of S/ 113. * Academic excellence scholarship for children. * 100% EPS health insurance coverage for the employee. * Payments made on the 10th of each month.
