If you are a professional passionate about predictive maintenance and condition analysis, and seek a strategic position with growth potential, this is your opportunity! **Who Are We Looking For?** * **Education:** Technical or university graduate in **Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance, Automotive Mechanics**, or related fields. * **Experience:** **Minimum 2 years** of experience in heavy machinery maintenance, planning, predictive maintenance, or reliability, with mandatory work experience in **mining units**. * **Required Certifications:** Valid **ICML: MLT I / MLT II (Machinery Lubrication Technician)** or **MLA II / MLA III (Lubricant Analyst)** certification (desirable). * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid knowledge of condition monitoring and reliability of mobile mining equipment (yellow fleet, scoops, front-end loaders) and concentrator plant equipment (mills). * Technical proficiency with industry brands (Chevron, Mobil, Shell, Vistony). **What Will Be Your Challenges?** * Developing product equivalency recommendations for the client. * Preparing and presenting lubrication studies and lubrication audits (collecting equipment and component data from clients to confirm the correct lubricant type required). * Delivering lubrication fundamentals, greases, oil analysis interpretation, lubricant composition, classifications and specifications, and contamination control training to internal and external clients. * Using thermal imaging cameras to support lubricant-related projects. * Tracking and presenting lubricant product performance (performance testing). **What Do We Offer?** * **Direct Payroll Enrollment:** All statutory benefits from day one (bonuses, CTS, vacation, family allowance, and profit sharing). * **Stability and Development:** Excellent **career path** opportunity projected toward the *Services Coordinator* position. * **100% Covered Meals and Accommodation** within the mining camp. * **100% Covered Transportation**, provided as an advance on travel allowances. * **Work Schedule:** 14 days on / 7 days off in Ayacucho. * **Healthcare:** 60% EPS health insurance coverage. * **Development:** Continuous training and corporate agreements (SENATI agreement, educational discounts, psychological and nutritional support programs). * **Family Benefits:** School loans — Apply with us!
