Position Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor to administer and control materials, manage procurement, and coordinate supply for heavy cargo transportation or mining operations. Coordination and supervision of warehousing and procedures. **WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR** **Requirements** * Minimum **2 years** of experience as a Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor in companies engaged in **heavy cargo transportation, mining, or related industries**. * Experience in inventory control and warehouse management. * Knowledge of purchasing spare parts, materials, and supplies. * Essential knowledge of truck spare parts. * Handling of purchase orders and coordination with suppliers. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Valid driver's license. * Organizational ability, leadership, and capacity to work under pressure. * IMMEDIATE availability. **Responsibilities** * Administer and control the receipt and dispatch of materials, equipment, and spare parts. * Manage procurement of spare parts, tools, and supplies required for operations. * Maintain up-to-date physical and system-based inventory records. * Coordinate with operations and maintenance departments to ensure timely supply. * Request and evaluate supplier quotations. * Supervise proper storage of materials and ensure compliance with internal procedures. * Prepare stock, consumption, and procurement reports. * Coordinate dispatch and receipt of materials across various operations. **Competencies** * Responsibility and integrity. * Leadership and planning ability. * Effective communication. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Teamwork. **Work Location** Pachacutec, Cerro Colorado, Arequipa. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration in accordance with current legislation. * Market-competitive remuneration aligned with experience. * Positive work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth.
