Who are we looking for? * Academic background in Administration, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering (final cycles) * Minimum of 1 year of experience performing duties as an Administrative Assistant. * Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel) * Knowledge of the TRINESOFT system is desirable Your main responsibilities: * Manage and enter daily procurement, sales, and pending payment information. * Reconcile cash balances and validate unvouchered expenses (petty cash). * Audit production orders and invoices for inventory automation. * Support analysis aimed at detecting irregularities or phantom purchases. What are your working hours? * Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm Competencies valued: * Meticulous attention to detail and excellent writing skills. * Strong organizational ability and calendar management skills. * Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
