Manages executive scheduling and administrative documents 2. Coordinates and tracks international imports 3. Handles SUNAT invoicing and logistical cost control MANAGEMENT AND IMPORTS ASSISTANT Description: A leading company in the industrial and sanitation sector, specializing in the sale of valves, pumps, flowmeters, data loggers, leak detection and inspection equipment, accessories, and piping. Seeking personnel with experience in imports. Graduates in Administration, International Business, Logistics, Banking and Finance, or related fields. Districts adjacent to Magdalena del Mar. Responsibilities: \- Coordinate and manage the manager's schedule, including meetings, travel, and events. \- Draft and manage emails, reports, and administrative documents. \- Support meeting organization, minutes preparation, and follow-up on agreements. \- Handle confidential information and corporate documentation. \- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient execution of managerial tasks. \- Screen and manage phone calls, correspondence, and visitors. \- SUNAT invoicing, credit notes, and shipping guides. \- Manage purchase orders and track international shipments. \- Coordinate with suppliers, customs agents, and transportation providers to ensure cargo delivery. \- Review and control import documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates, etc.). \- Monitor customs clearance and coordinate payment of taxes and duties. \- Control costs and validate invoicing for logistics services. \- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
