Job Summary: We are seeking an Import Assistant to coordinate suppliers, manage shipments, and support customs documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages international suppliers and freight forwarders 2. Tracks shipments and reports cargo status updates 3. Supports preparation of import and customs documentation **IMPORT ASSISTANT** Currently enrolled in final semesters or graduated in Business Administration, International Business, International Trade, or related fields. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Request and compare quotations from international suppliers. * Evaluate and select reliable suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery timelines. * Coordinate with freight forwarders and international transport providers. * Track shipments and regularly report cargo status updates to management/team. * Support preparation of import and customs documentation. **REQUIREMENTS** * Experience in imports, international trade, or logistics (preferred). * Basic knowledge of Incoterms and import documentation. * Proficiency with digital tools and remote communication. * Proactivity, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency is a plus.
