We seek a dynamic and organized individual who can support recruitment, selection, and personnel administration processes, ensuring proper onboarding and follow-up of our employees—especially those working in transportation-sector operations. **Responsibilities** * Post and promote job openings on employment portals and social media. * Screen and evaluate resumes according to required profiles. * Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates. * Administer psychometric and technical assessments. * Manage onboarding documentation and prepare employment contracts. * Coordinate occupational medical examinations and the induction process. * Register staff in internal systems (ERP, biometric, etc.). * Administer personnel files (physical and digital). * Manage termination procedures and validate return of company assets. * Support inspections and requests from SUNAFIL. * Prepare recruitment and selection reports and metrics. * Assist with internal activities, trainings, and corporate events. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and personnel selection. * Knowledge of competency-based interviews and psychometric testing. * Experience using job boards and recruitment platforms. * Knowledge of document management and employment contracts. * Familiarity with labor regulations and SUNAFIL procedures is desirable. * Basic or intermediate Excel proficiency. * Experience in the transportation sector is desirable. * Willingness to perform operational fieldwork (terminals, agencies, employee follow-up). **We Offer** * Enrollment in REMYPE payroll from Day 1 * Bi-weekly payments * Positive work environment Join us and become part of a leading interprovincial transportation company!
