Collaboration with the Accountant and external assistants in a Peruvian company. **Full Job Description** At TRANSPORTIME, a Peruvian company specializing in road freight transportation, we are looking for an Accounting Assistant. ***MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES*** * Receipt and registration of accounting documents * Ongoing coordination with the Accountant and external assistants * Organize and file invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers * Purchase registration in SISCONT * Purchase validation with SUNAT * Prepare Trade Agreement Certificates (TLC) * Support other administrative and accounting tasks assigned by the department. ***REQUIREMENTS*** * Technical or university degree in Accounting (graduated). * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Prior experience with accounting systems (SISCONT) is desirable.
