**JOB OPENING: HUMAN TALENT MANAGEMENT MANAGER (HR)**

**Contract Type:** Full-time / On-site / To be agreed
**Purpose of the Position**
To lead, plan, and comprehensively supervise the Human Talent Management area, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, employee well-being, safety, and development.
**Main Responsibilities**
* **Recruitment and Selection:** Design job profiles, execute selection processes (interviews, psychometric tests, and group dynamics), manage databases, coordinate agreements with job boards, and participate in job fairs.
* **Labor Relations and Payroll:** Manage hiring and registration/termination in T-Register; prepare payroll documents (salaries, benefits, severance payments, PDT PLAME); maintain personnel files; issue pay slips; and handle SUNAFIL mailbox inquiries.
* **Training and Development:** Design and implement the annual training plan, conduct performance evaluations, onboard new employees, and develop compensation and incentive policies.
* **Welfare and Work Climate:** Organize team-building activities, implement welfare programs, manage organizational climate, administer corporate benefits, and provide employee assistance.
* **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH):** Develop and implement the annual OSH plan; manage the OSH Committee; supervise the use of personal protective equipment (PPE); coordinate occupational medical examinations; and respond to workplace contingencies.
**Requirements**
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related fields.
* **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years leading HR departments (preferably in construction, metallurgical, or industrial sectors).
* **Technical Knowledge:**
* Current labor legislation and applicable labor regimes.
* Proficiency in **T-Register, PDT PLAME**, and procedures before **SUNAFIL / MINTRA**.
* Regulations on **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)**.
* HR management indicators and budget preparation.

Salary: S/.1,800.00 – S/.2,300.00 per month
