Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to manage inventory, coordinate logistics operations, and ensure quality and efficiency in product distribution. Key Highlights: 1. Manages inventory and optimizes storage. 2. Supervises picking, packaging, and shipping to ensure accuracy and deadlines. 3. Coordinates with key departments for product and service delivery. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Age between 25 and 35 years. * Male candidate. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the required field. * Responsibility and sound judgment at all levels. * Aptitude and experience in resolving critical situations. * Bachelor's degree in Administration and/or Industrial Engineering. * Knowledge of handling waybills, invoices, and other administrative documents. * Experience working with logistics personnel from different companies and/or end customers. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Must reside in districts adjacent to Lince. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure proper registration, updating, and control of inventory using the Starsoft system. * Maintain an organized storage system that facilitates quick product access while optimizing available space. * Supervise and coordinate the picking, packaging, and shipping processes to guarantee order accuracy and on-time delivery. * Ensure stored products comply with established quality standards and coordinate periodic inspections. * Prepare periodic reports on inventory status, incidents, goods receipts and dispatches, and other operational metrics. * Support the Production Department. * Develop and validate work plans and schedules. * Design and maintain contingency plans for unexpected delivery or installation service disruptions. * Participate in various company-convened meetings regarding sales, administrative matters, and others. * Coordinate with Operations Managers, drivers, and sales representatives on all aspects related to product delivery or service provision. * Coordinate with Operations Managers, warehouse staff from other branches, and Sales Representatives regarding the delivery of marketed products. * Issue delivery guides, outgoing guides, and inter-warehouse transfers upon request from warehouse managers. * Develop the annual procurement schedule for warehouse replenishment in coordination with the Sales Management and/or Product Managers. * Monitor established inventory levels for goods and services and keep record systems updated.
