We are looking for an **Inside Sales FCL – Night Shift**! If you have experience in international freight, negotiation skills, and a results-oriented mindset, this is your opportunity to join a leading multinational logistics company. We seek a committed professional to strengthen our sales team in a fully virtual setup. **Responsibilities** * Prepare, send, and follow up on FCL service quotations and re-quotations within established timeframes. * Conduct outbound sales calls and maintain ongoing client follow-up to identify business opportunities and strengthen commercial relationships. * Analyze client requirements and propose service alternatives aligned with their operational and commercial needs. * Enter and update rates, surcharges, commercial terms, and negotiations in the relevant systems. * Manage and administer your client portfolio, driving activation, retention, and reactivation of inactive accounts. * Coordinate with shipping lines and agents to negotiate rates, space allocations, equipment, and special conditions to optimize costs and profitability. * Prepare reports on quotations, contacts, bookings, and commercial performance for managerial review. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or university graduate in International Business Administration and/or International Trade. * Minimum 2 years of experience as an Inside Sales professional at international freight forwarders. * Mandatory requirement: Availability to work the night shift, Sunday through Thursday, from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following day, including a 1-hour meal break within the shift. * Fully virtual mode. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. **Competencies**: Organization and Time Management Sales Pipeline / Quotation Tracking Collaborative Work Customer Orientation Problem Solving Adaptability **Additional Information** What we offer: * Meal allowance starting from the fourth month, with annual incremental increases per policy. * Access to a discount platform for education and leisure establishments. * Psychological counseling services and wellness programs. * Occupational medical monitoring. * Birthday leave.
