We seek a technological leader to drive our digital transformation and ensure the operational continuity of our platforms nationwide. **Job Description:** We are seeking an **IT Coordinator** with an operational focus and leadership capabilities to manage technological infrastructure, logistics management systems (TMS/WMS/ERP), and technical support teams. You will serve as the bridge between the Technology department and transportation and warehouse operations, ensuring technology powers our supply chain. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Infrastructure Management:** Administer and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cybersecurity, backups, and connectivity across offices and warehouses). * **Logistics Systems Support:** Provide support, configuration, and enhancements for transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and ERP systems. * **Team Leadership:** Supervise, train, and manage the technical support team (Helpdesk), ensuring timely resolution of incidents. * **Vendor Management:** Negotiate and administer contracts with internet, software, hardware, and cloud service providers. * **Information Security:** Implement and monitor cybersecurity and data protection policies for the company and its customers. * **Reporting and KPIs:** Prepare IT performance reports, budget tracking, and proposals for continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT roles, including at least 1 year in coordination or team leadership positions. * **Industry Experience:** Prior experience in transportation, logistics, retail, or distribution companies (Mandatory or highly desirable). * **Technical Knowledge:** * Network, server, and Cloud environment (Azure/AWS) administration. * Proficiency with ERPs (SAP, Oracle, or local ERPs such as Defontana/Softland) and TMS/WMS systems. * Knowledge of cybersecurity and backup management. * **Soft Skills:** Assertive leadership, internal customer orientation, problem-solving under pressure, and availability to handle critical incidents outside regular working hours. **Benefits:** * Monthly gross salary of S/ 6,000\. * Direct payroll employment from day one. * Full statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, EsSalud). * Mandatory Life Insurance and Complementary Occupational Risk Insurance (SCTR). * Bonuses for achieving objectives (KPIs). * Genuine growth and development opportunities within a market-leading company.
