Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Kitchen Assistant to support food production, order dispatch, cleaning, inventory management, and provide general assistance to the team in a kitchen environment. Comprehensive support to the kitchen team. **Kitchen Assistant (Full-Time) \- Surco / Ref. Next to the University of Lima (S/. 1400\)** We are currently looking for an operational, dynamic talent with an excellent attitude to join our team permanently as a **Kitchen Assistant** at our Santiago de Surco location. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * **Production:** Assist in the preparation and pre-portioning of necessary ingredients (*mise en place*) according to recipes. * **Order Dispatch:** Actively assist on the service line, supporting timely order delivery and plating. * **Cleaning & Hygiene:** Maintain order, disinfection, and deep cleaning of your work area, utensils, and kitchen equipment. * **Inventory Management:** Assist in stock control, goods receipt, and proper product rotation. * **Team Support:** Provide consistent support to colleagues in tasks required to ensure smooth kitchen operations. **What qualifications do we seek?** * **Education:** Completed secondary education. * **Gender:** Male. * **Experience/Knowledge:** Preferably basic culinary knowledge or prior experience in similar roles within restaurants. * **Residence:** Living in areas near Surco or having convenient access via public transportation to Manuel Olguín Avenue. * Key competencies: Punctuality, proactivity, strong orientation toward cleanliness, and excellent teamwork skills. **What do we offer?** * **Fixed monthly salary:** S/ 1,200\.00 * **Meal allowance:** S/ 100\.00 * **Performance-based variable bonus:** Additional S/ 100\.00 (subject to task completion, maintaining a clean work area, punctual attendance, zero absences, and monthly evaluation). * **Corporate discounts:** Up to 40% off the general menu and up to 60% off selected dishes for lunch or dinner, for on-site consumption only. * **Job stability:** One week of technical training, one-month probationary period, followed by formal employment under the MYPE (Small Business) labor regime. **Work Schedule Conditions:** * **Working hours:** Monday to Saturday, 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Fixed weekly rest day: Sunday). * **Workplace:** Manuel Olguín Avenue \- Surco Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,400\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
