




Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and organized Logistics Assistant to manage inventories, control stock levels, and support product replenishment, ensuring efficient operational administration. Prepares inventory and consumption reports We are looking for an **Operations Assistant** with an analytical and organized mindset, eager to grow in inventory management, stock control, and replenishment. This position is critical to ensuring accurate inventory administration, movement tracking, and product availability across operations. **What will you do in this role?** * Manage and update the product ledger * Conduct periodic inventories and reconcile physical stock versus system records * Monitor stock levels and alert on stockouts or overstock situations * Support product replenishment for stores or internal departments * Track supplies and materials * Prepare inventory, turnover, and consumption reports * Coordinate with the warehouse to verify incoming and outgoing movements **Candidate Profile** * Technical studies in Logistics, Administration, or related fields * Proficiency in Excel (mandatory) * Experience in inventory management, ledger maintenance, or stock control (preferred) * Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile * Ability to track and control processes Salary: Up to S/.1,130.00 per month Application Questions: * We operate under the MYPE labor regime; do you agree? * The offered salary is S/1130; do you agree? * Are you available to work onsite in Central Lima, San Isidro, and Surco? * Do you have intermediate-level Excel skills (filters, basic formulas, table management)? * Have you previously performed inventory counts or stock control tasks (ledger, physical counts, reconciliations)? * Have you had experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory control areas?
