MIXER OPERATOR – CONCRETE PLANT (CHICLAYO) Join our team and be part of major construction projects! **IRRIALTEC S.A.C.**, a leading company in construction and infrastructure, is currently seeking a **Mixer Operator** for our **Concrete Plant located in La Victoria – Chiclayo**. Requirements: * Valid driver’s license (AIIIB or higher). * Minimum 2 years’ experience operating mixer trucks. * Knowledge of routes, road safety, and ready-mix concrete transportation. * Experience in basic vehicle inspection and unit maintenance. * Availability to work rotating shifts according to production scheduling. * Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and teamwork. Responsibilities: * Operate the mixer unit safely and efficiently. * Transport ready-mix concrete to various discharge points. * Conduct pre-operational inspections and report observations. * Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and proper use of the assigned unit. * Comply with safety, quality, and production procedures.
