Job Summary: INDACE GROUP is seeking a Production Manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise production activities in the metal-mechanical sector, lead teams, and ensure quality. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with industrial quality and safety standards. **INDACE GROUP**, a metal-mechanical company specializing in the manufacturing of Spools \& Piping for the oil \& gas, mining, and construction sectors, requires a **Production Manager** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum 5 years of experience in production management within the metal-mechanical sector. * Knowledge of welding, spool fabrication, and assembly processes. * Proficiency in production KPIs and quality control. * Experience leading operational teams. * Familiarity with industrial safety and occupational health (OSH) regulations. * Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise production activities in the workshop. * Manage the workforce, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. * Coordinate with logistics and procurement departments to ensure material and supply availability. * Guarantee compliance with safety procedures and OSH regulations during production. * Supervise welding operations and spool and support structure fabrication. * Prepare production reports and performance against objectives. * Coordinate with internal clients to meet project planning requirements. **IMPORTANT:** * Immediate availability * Willingness to work in the district of **ATE** * Full-time working schedule * Male candidates preferred Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.5\.00 per month Application question(s): * Please indicate your salary expectations.
