Comprehensive procurement and supplier management in the food sector PROCUREMENT ANALYST – FOOD CONCESSIONAIRE **Servicios Brickell S.A.C.**, a company dedicated to the management and operation of food service businesses, is currently seeking a **Procurement Analyst** to join our team. We seek an organized, analytical, proactive professional with negotiation skills who can contribute to ensuring the timely supply of inputs, products, and supplies required for our operations. REQUIREMENTS * Completed or ongoing technical or university studies in **Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Accounting**, or related fields. * Minimum **1 year of experience in Procurement**, preferably within food concessionaires, restaurants, catering, or food service companies. * Experience in procurement and supply of **food ingredients, cleaning products, materials, and supplies**. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Excel**. * Experience preparing quotations, conducting price analysis, and evaluating suppliers. * Knowledge of purchase order preparation and follow-up. * Negotiation and supplier follow-up capabilities. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and results orientation. * Availability to work onsite in **San Miguel**. * Availability for **immediate start**. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage and analyze procurement requirements from various departments within the company. * Request, analyze, and compare quotations from different suppliers. * Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, delivery timelines, and payment methods. * Prepare and track purchase orders. * Ensure timely supply of food ingredients and supplies. * Monitor deliveries and coordinate with suppliers and warehouse staff. * Evaluate and maintain up-to-date supplier portfolio. * Identify new suppliers and alternative sourcing options. * Conduct comparative analyses of pricing and purchasing conditions. * Verify that purchased products meet requested specifications and quantities. * Prepare reports and tracking dashboards for the Procurement Department. * Maintain updated documentation control and procurement records. * Support cost and procurement process optimization. * Comply with internal departmental procedures and policies.
