Formal employment with statutory benefits. **Recruitment and Selection Analyst** A leading retail company is seeking a Recruitment and Selection Analyst / Agent to join its Human Resources Department. We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and results-oriented individual with experience in high-volume recruitment and filling operational positions in high-turnover environments. **Responsibilities** * Execute recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative positions. * Post job vacancies on job boards and social media. * Conduct resume screening, preliminary phone calls, and initial interviews. * Coordinate assessments, candidate scheduling, and onboarding. * Monitor vacancy coverage progress. * Collaborate with managers and department heads to identify staffing needs. * Support offboarding processes and resignation intake. * Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover reasons. * Maintain up-to-date records of candidates, hires, and terminations. * Provide support during onboarding and induction processes. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume or operational recruitment. * Prior experience in retail, logistics, distribution, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies is preferred. * Basic to intermediate Excel skills. * Experience using job boards and social media for recruitment. * Availability for on-site work. **Competencies** * Effective communication. * Organization and follow-up. * Ability to work under pressure. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Results orientation. * Strong interpersonal skills. **We Offer** * Monday to Friday work schedule. * Formal employment with statutory benefits. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Positive work environment. **Conditions** * Work modality: On-site. * Location: Cercado de Lima, bordering San Miguel.
