Job Objective** Responsible for providing administrative and operational support to General Management and the administrative department, ensuring proper information management, service to internal and external customers, and control of administrative processes such as petty cash and documentation. Additionally, supports coordination of organizational activities and internal company management. **2\. Essential Requirements** * **Academic Qualification:** Graduate or degree holder in **Business Administration** * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in the position. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel). * Intermediate English (spoken and written). * Knowledge of administrative management and customer service. * **IT Skills:** Experience with ERPs or administrative systems, and intermediate/advanced MS Office (Excel proficiency for stock and sales reporting). **3\. Main Responsibilities** **Administrative Responsibilities:** \- Answer customer calls and route them to the appropriate department. \- Receive, register, and distribute internal and external documentation. \- Address administrative requests from management (letters, emails, purchases, general coordination). \- Prepare directories, agendas, and logistical support for meetings. \- Manage posting of information on the bulletin board. \- Coordinate administrative requests (e.g., petty cash, travel tickets) with the Arequipa branch. \- Administer and reconcile assigned petty cash, supporting all related expenses. \- Manage reconciliation of the corporate credit card with documentary evidence. **Operational Responsibilities:** \- Contact potential clients for projects and refer them to the commercial department. \- Support internal event organization in coordination with Human Resources. \- Assist in coordinating administrative and operational activities of the company. \- Ensure order and control of physical and digital files. **Cross-functional Support Responsibilities:** \- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. \- Facilitate internal communication among departments. \- Comply with internal policies and guidelines of the Integrated Management System (IMS). **5\.
