Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise on-site activities, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations, maintaining constant communication with management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and coordination of on-site activities. 2. Management of materials, equipment, and resources. 3. Ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations. Grupo HERGON S.A., a reputable company with extensive experience in civil construction, site preparation, and equipment installation, is currently seeking: 02 SITE MANAGERS / SITE COORDINATORS – APURIMAC. **REQUIREMENTS:** ✅ Civil Engineer, licensed and registered with the Professional Association. ✅ Minimum of four (4) years of general project experience. ✅ Minimum of three (3) participations in similar projects, either in execution or supervision of building construction. ✅ Residence in Apurimac (NOT mandatory) ✅ Strong communication and leadership skills. ✅ Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, S10, MS Project, etc.) ✅ Knowledge of project management. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** ✅ Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, including contract, engineering, procurement, and implementation throughout the acquisition, engineering, and construction phases. ✅ Manage materials, equipment, and resources according to the schedule, maintaining continuous coordination with the Site Resident to resolve unforeseen issues arising during construction execution. ✅ Participate in financial and accounting control, execution, monitoring, analysis, and evaluation. ✅ Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations. Support planning and execution of works. ✅ Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to guarantee progress. Supervise tasks assigned to field support staff. ✅ Keep the Site Manager and/or General Management informed about on-site work progress. ✅ Implement necessary corrections to achieve established project objectives. ✅ Review, inspect, approve, and accept activities performed by the client. ✅ Conduct on-site supervision to evaluate compliance with the scope defined by the client, in accordance with the approved budget.
