Job Summary: We are seeking a Transport Coordinator to manage client relationships, coordinate operations, and improve processes within a freight transportation company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the relationship between the client and the company. 2. Coordinates with operational departments to meet client requirements. 3. Identifies opportunities for improvement. JOIN OUR TEAM! REQUIREMENTS: Technical or university graduate in Administration or related field. Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Preferred residence: ATE\-HUAYCAN\-SANTA CLARA RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the company. Understand the client's organizational structure and processes to ensure effective internal management. Coordinate with operational departments (warehouse, transportation, workshop, route) to fulfill client requirements on time and as specified. Monitor and ensure compliance with the agreed service level. Identify opportunities for improvement. SKILLS: Effective communication (oral and written). Client orientation and ability to build trust-based relationships. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Organization and multitasking follow-up. Analytical ability and results-oriented mindset. Collaborative work with internal departments (operations, administration).
