Position Summary: We are seeking a Transportation Analyst to manage logistics operations, coordinate internal and external fleets, optimize resources, and ensure service compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Manages transportation operations and coordinates internal fleet and external providers. 2. Plans routes, supervises services, and monitors driver attendance. 3. Ensures regulatory compliance and manages fleet documentation. We are looking for a Transportation Analyst responsible for: **Job Mission** Comprehensively managing transportation operations from the Central Warehouse, coordinating internal fleet and third-party providers, ensuring adherence to scheduled services, maintaining document traceability, exercising operational control, and optimizing resources. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and coordinate daily and weekly transportation requirements. * Schedule routes, priorities, service time windows, and vehicle availability. * Coordinate with warehouses, plants, fleet, maintenance, procurement, and user departments. * Supervise service execution with drivers and transportation providers. * Monitor driver attendance, overtime, incidents, and operational compliance. * Manage operations and maintenance of the internal fleet. * Record and monitor transportation movements and associated documentation. * Validate costs, rates, service confirmations, waybills, and services prior to payment. * Track operational and financial service indicators. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, documentation requirements, and audits. * Manage insurance policies, SOAT, technical inspections, maintenance, and other fleet-related documents. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Transportation Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. **Experience** * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within transportation, logistics, or distribution. * Experience managing internal fleet and transportation providers. * Experience in operational control, logistics cost management, and documentary tracking. **Technical Knowledge** * Knowledge of logistics and transportation operations. * Proficiency in management indicators and cost control. * Familiarity with transportation documentation and basic regulatory frameworks. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Experience with TMS or logistics ERP systems is desirable.
