Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in the machinery or automotive equipment sector, responsible for order dispatch, inventory management, and order organization, coordinating with customers and suppliers. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Dispatching goods. * Preparing shipping documents for customers and suppliers. * Preparing the **packing list** and conducting inventory. * Organizing and preparing orders for distribution. * **Other duties assigned by management.** * Coordinating with suppliers and customers regarding merchandise procurement. * **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education or incomplete technical studies. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic Excel skills. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. * Immediate availability for on-site work at the office \- Breña. BENEFITS: \- Salary: S/1700.00 \+ Performance-based variable bonus ranging from S/100.00 to S/250.00 \- Formal payroll under MYPE regime (50% CTS, 50% Bonus, Family Allowance) \- Ongoing training. \- Positive work environment. Working Hours: \- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
