Consultative Sales Executive On-site \- San Juan de Miraflores **Job Objective** Convert leads generated by our digital campaigns into active patients by delivering personalized advice, addressing their questions, recommending the most suitable treatment, and conducting commercial follow-up until payment is secured and the patient effectively attends their appointment. **Your Responsibilities:** * Immediately contact leads entering the CRM. * Listen to and understand each patient’s needs. * Provide commercial advice on dental treatments. * Prepare proposals and quotations tailored to each case. * Manage commercial follow-up via phone calls, WhatsApp, and CRM. * Address objections and build patient trust. * Close sales and secure treatment payments. * Confirm patient attendance at their appointment. * Record all interactions in the CRM. * Meet established commercial performance indicators. **Requirements:** Technical or University Education Training in Sales, Commercial Management, or Marketing (preferred) **We Are Looking For Candidates With:** * Minimum 6 months’ experience or more in consultative sales, call centers, digital sales, or customer service. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory) * Ability to build empathy and trust (mandatory) * Skills in negotiation and closing sales (mandatory) * Goal-oriented mindset (mandatory) * Ability to organize and track commercial opportunities (mandatory) * CRM proficiency (preferred) * Proficiency in WhatsApp Business and digital tools. * Knowledge of digital marketing (a plus) **Competencies:** * Persuasion. * Active listening. * Customer orientation. * Emotional intelligence. * Effective communication. * Proactivity. * Teamwork. * Results focus. * Follow-up capability. **What We Offer:** * Fixed salary (starting from S/.1,200\) \+ unlimited commissions based on goal achievement. * Continuous training in consultative sales. * Training on company-provided services. * Career development path. * Excellent work environment. * Technological tools to enhance your commercial management.
