We are a company specialized in consulting and civil engineering, currently seeking a **Civil Engineer** to serve as a **Construction Supervisor**. Requirements * Professional degree in Civil Engineering, duly registered and licensed. * Minimum 3 years of experience as Resident Engineer, Construction Supervisor, Supervision Manager, Project Director or Manager, Inspector of ongoing construction works, or Chief Engineer on public and/or private construction projects. * Experience counted from date of professional registration. * **Experience in educational infrastructure projects (schools).** * Experience in projects involving environmental management. * Knowledge of current regulations applicable to supervision of public construction projects. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Responsibilities * Supervise construction execution, verifying compliance with the technical file, technical specifications, schedule, and budget. * Control quality, safety, and progress of executed works. * Verify compliance with environmental and safety regulations during construction execution. * Prepare technical supervision reports and valuations. * Coordinate with the client, contractor, and other stakeholders for proper project development. * Identify risks and propose corrective measures to ensure achievement of project objectives. * Review and approve quality protocols, tests, and inspections. * Coordinate with the executing contractor and report to the supervising company. * Participate in project handover and issue the final report.
