Job Summary: PALTARUMI SAC seeks a Desorption Operator for a leading auriferous mineral processing plant, responsible for processing precious metals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execution of gold and silver refining processes 2. Activated carbon and mineral control 3. Tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor At **PALTARUMI SAC**, a leading auriferous mineral processing plant, we are currently seeking (1) Desorption Operator: **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering and/or technical metallurgy programs. * Knowledge of desorption, electrowinning, and precious metal refining. * Basic ability to read measurement and control instruments. * Basic knowledge of SSOMA. * Minimum 03 years of experience in precious metal refineries, gold plants, or metallurgical units (Desirable). * Availability to work on a 14×7 schedule. * Residence in areas adjacent to BARRANCA, PARAMONGA. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Receiving, loading, unloading, and representative sampling of activated carbon and mineral. * Performing intermediate control (cyanide strength and pH). * Smelting of auriferous sludge. * Executing gold and silver refining processes. * Performing pre-screening and screening of activated carbon and fine carbon. * Correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated areas. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to the position. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Social benefits (vacation, CTS, bonuses, profit sharing, EsSalud, SCTR, life insurance). * 100% coverage of accommodation and meals. * Birthday leave day.
