Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the availability of technological systems, defining and executing the annual ICT plan, supervising maintenance, and implementing security measures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure availability of networks, servers, and systems. 2. Plan and execute the annual ICT plan. 3. Manage IT projects and technological assets. **REQUIREMENTS** · Graduate and/or bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. · Minimum 2 years of experience performing similar functions. · Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. · Knowledge of Laravel, XAMPP, MySQL, and JavaScript (preferred). · Knowledge of databases and information analysis (preferred). **RESPONSIBILITIES** · Ensure availability of networks, servers, systems, internet, telephony, and communications. · Define, plan, and execute the annual ICT plan aligned with business objectives. · Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of technological equipment. · Implement security measures to protect systems and information from vulnerabilities and attacks. · Develop and manage IT project work plans, schedules, budgets, and resources. · Create user accounts, access permissions, email accounts, configure shared storage, and generate backups. · Negotiate with computer equipment vendors and others. · Support development of user manuals, end-user training, and tracking of incidents and improvements for external IT services. · Validate assignment and return of computer equipment to employees. · Manage inventory of technological assets and licensing. · Control and track BYOD (laptop and mobile phone leasing). · Support FBB projects. · Other duties inherent to the position or requested by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS** · Payroll under General Regime. · Corporate benefits. · Ongoing training. · Pleasant working environment.
