Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Solutions Manager I to manage the IT project portfolio, ensure customer satisfaction, and supervise IT solution execution. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an experienced **IT Solutions Manager I** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of project management processes and be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * PMP (Project Management Professional) or Scrum Master certification (for agile methodologies). * ITIL Foundation V4 certification or knowledge. * Master's degree or specialization in IT Management, Digital Transformation, or Project Management. (Desirable) \#LI\-ONSITE \#PER Brand: Gilat Satellite Networks What you will do: **Responsibilities** * Manage the IT project portfolio and prioritize initiatives. * Ensure customer satisfaction through solution implementation aligned with their needs. * Supervise IT solution execution. * Guarantee adherence to scope, budget, timeline, and alignment with strategic objectives. * Manage software factory services and other support services for application and system implementation. * Ensure fulfillment of system and application requirements from business units. * Manage the budget allocated to IT solution implementation, execution, and support. * Ensure proper management of the budget assigned to systems projects. * Address requests for new systems or applications from business units. * Ensuring compliance with contractual agreements with customers, telecom industry standards, and regulatory frameworks.
