Position Summary: We are seeking a Junior Administrator to manage jewelry appraisals, customer service, promotion of credit products, and support in achieving branch commercial targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct jewelry and electronic pawn item appraisals 2. Efficiently serve customers and process transactions 3. Promote credit options and manage pawn loans INVERSIONES KIMER has over 30 years of market presence and operates 18 branches; we are currently seeking a JUNIOR ADMINISTRATOR for our SANTIAGO DE SURCO branch. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Accurately carry out the jewelry appraisal process, evaluate and appraise electronic pawn items offered by customers as collateral according to company standards, and conduct vehicle credit evaluations. * Efficiently serve customers and the general public, and process various requested transactions. * Proactively promote and clarify available credit options, addressing inquiries with a sales-oriented and proactive attitude. * Manage the promotion, evaluation, disbursement, monitoring, and recovery of pawn loans. * Support achievement of the branch’s assigned commercial targets across all products and/or services, in accordance with company guidelines, policies, and procedures. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Student, graduate, or degree holder in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Experience in cashier operations, pawn lending, customer service, or similar roles. * Experience in handling and detecting genuine and counterfeit banknotes (mandatory). * Availability to work in Santiago de Surco. * Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:15 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (with 65 minutes of daily break). **BENEFITS:** * REMYPE payroll from day one (50% of all statutory benefits). * Market-competitive salary. * Performance-based bonuses. * Food card issued at the 9th month of employment. * Positive work environment. * Career development path.
