Rotation across different kitchen areas: hot, cold, and grill * **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** **We are a well-established restaurant group; we are currently seeking talent to fill the Cook position for restaurants located in the Miraflores district.** * **Knowledge: Good Food Handling Practices.** * **Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a kitchen assistant in restaurants, hotels, or related establishments.** * **Skills: Organizational ability, results orientation, objective-based performance, ability to work under pressure.** * **Age: Over 25 years old** **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned work areas, storage areas, and any other areas designated by the head chef. * Perform mise en place in your assigned work area. * Rotate across kitchen areas: hot, cold, and grill. * Carry out other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor.
