As an Assurance Manager at Deloitte, you will lead your team in implementing risk solutions by applying Deloitte’s methodologies, frameworks, processes, and tools. You will design and develop data-driven proposals across a wide range of projects, leveraging domain expertise and industry knowledge. Key responsibilities include: identifying and assessing IT risks and internal control mitigation measures; understanding our clients’ business processes; documenting IT internal controls; resolving issues; generating conclusions to advise clients; building and fostering positive working relationships with clients; delivering high-quality outputs aligned with rigorous quality standards; actively participating in decision-making; managing projects; effectively allocating resources to meet commitments; and supervising the team under your leadership. What do you need to apply? * Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Systems; Information Technology; Computer Science; Informatics; Cybernetics; or related field. A Master’s degree in Technology, Cybersecurity, or MBA is desirable. * Minimum 8 years of experience in technology controls and/or information security auditing, technical support, IT security development, project management, and/or networking. Knowledge of security and/or internal control frameworks (e.g., COBIT, COSO) and recognized standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SSAE18, NIST) is required. * Advanced English proficiency. * Tools: Microsoft Office Suite. One of the following certifications is desirable: COBIT, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or ITIL. * Skills: Analytical ability, effective communication, organizational skills, results orientation, commitment to high quality standards, negotiation, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and technological proficiency.
