Opportunity for professional development in a growing company. **Job Description** We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented **Quality Manager** to lead and supervise quality standards across our metal structure projects, ensuring compliance with current regulations and the Integrated Management System (IMS). **Main Responsibilities** * Develop the department’s annual plan and budget. * Prepare and monitor the monthly task schedule, as well as generate monthly departmental reports. * Analyze and present management indicators (KPIs) for the areas under supervision. * Strictly comply with and enforce IMS regulations. * Implement, lead, and ensure compliance with the project quality control plan. * Prepare the final quality dossier for each executed project. * Monitor and control certifications required for product and service access to domestic and international markets. * Define release parameters for each metal structure. * Coordinate with the Production Department on element releases according to priorities, and jointly prepare release status reports with the Plant Manager. * Deliver drawings and *packing lists* to the Quality Supervisor. * Manage welder qualification processes. * Coordinate with external suppliers for non-destructive testing (NDT) of welded structures. * Manage calibration of all measurement instruments and equipment. **Desired Requirements** * **Education:** Graduate in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Proven prior experience in quality leadership roles, focused on **metal structures, welding, and industrial projects**. * **Specific Knowledge:** * Welding standards, non-destructive testing (NDT), and qualification procedures. * Integrated Management Systems (IMS / ISO 9001, 14001, 45001\). * Interpretation of technical drawings, *packing lists*, and preparation of Quality Dossiers. **We Offer** * Competitive market-aligned salary. * Opportunity for professional development in a growing company. * Excellent working environment.
