Coordinates with departments to guarantee standards and leads audits. **Join our team!** ACVO INGENIERIA Y CONSTRUCCION SAC is currently seeking a **Quality Manager** to join our team in the construction sector. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree and professional license in Civil Engineering or related fields. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience as a Quality Manager on construction projects for schools and/or hospitals. * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, technical standards, and construction procedures. * Proficiency in technical documentation, quality protocols, and project dossiers. * Familiarity with current regulatory frameworks applicable to the construction sector. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (preferred). **Responsibilities:** * Plan, implement, and supervise the project's Quality Management System. * Verify compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. * Supervise inspections, tests, and quality controls of construction processes. * Prepare and manage quality protocols, records, and reports. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure adherence to established standards. * Lead internal audits and address quality-related observations. **Competencies:** * Leadership. * Effective communication. * Organization and planning. * Teamwork. * Results orientation. **Workplace: huaraz \_ pariacoto** Salary: S/.1,550\.73 \- S/.4,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
